How to use a Foam Roller
A foam roller can be used on just about any body part to increase flexibility. Initial stretching may cause mild discomfort.
Hip Flexor Stretch
Initial stretch may be felt in the middle of the quadriceps muscle. As you progress you may find the stretch moves superiorly to capture the psoas and iliacus muscles.
